Happy Holidays 2005

Warm wishes to everyone!  Here’s an update from Carmelita Drive.  Things are good and we’re healthy, except for the incessant barrage of preschool germs.  Jasmine is 3 ˝ now.  She has become enamored with art projects and listening to Broadway music.  Barney-be-gone!

For us, one of the great things about having a child is the other families who have become a part of our lives.  For our annual pilgrimage to Big Sur this summer, we were joined by four of Jasmine’s little playmates and their parents.  Later this month, we’ll all go to the Sierra’s -- the first time the kids will get to play in snow!

Of course, old friends are so special, and we were able to sneak away to Kauai last spring with the same group whom we’ve traveled with many times.

Remodel

Pat has been doing very well with his career, and so last spring we finally made the commitment to move forward with remodeling our tiny house.  With the three of us, as well as dog and toys, it was becoming impossible to navigate through the house safely.

Of the many advantages our remodeled home will offer, we look forward most to heat and being able to fit more than one dinner guest at our table.  We hope to host regular “music nights” and we sincerely welcome friends and family to visit.

Before and After

Love, Pat, Chris, Jasmine, & Molly
